Personal Chef

Skaneateles, NY and/or Cocoa Beach, FL

Looking for in-home cook or delivery, flexible but most likely a minimum of 3-5 meals a week. We are looking for someone that can handle food allergies and specialized diet. My husband is allergic to all grains, all nuts, dairy, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, sesame, tapioca (which seems to be in a lot of stuff). He doesn't eat shellfish, pork, lamb or red meat. We're left with poultry and fish. (but no high mercury level fish so we avoid tuna, swordfish and the like).

We live 6 months in Skaneateles, about 50 minutes from Syracuse, NY, and 6 months in Cocoa Beach, FL. All applicants should please indicate which location you are applying for, and include a resume and any particulars about why this job would work for you in an email.
